The LECLC is a development center reaching out to the greater Millbrook community in collaboration with
Elmore County and the City of Millbrook. It is committed to helping individuals learn the reading, writing and
speaking skills needed for daily life.
Entrepreneurship Ministry
This ministry is made of members who have established businesses within the community. The goal is to
help people who have ideas learn how to establish and grow a professional business.
