Administrative Support Ministry
Oversees operation of the church office and assists the pastors and staff with a variety of administrative duties. Responsibilities include answering calls, managing schedules, filing, maintain supplies, keep files. Edit and prepare buletins and other documents as requested. Make outgoing callsto order materials and supplies. Prepare and maintain mailing list and church roster, copy as needed, keep calendars. Perform other duties as assigned by Pastor.
Receives, records and deposits all funds received by the Chuch in a timely, thorough and confidential manner. Follows established procedures to collect and record all money received through regular offering, mail and electronically.Keeps records of how much money is distributed. ensures financial records are in good order for annual audit. A financial statement is reported per guidelines.
PUBLIC RELATIONS / MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE
Advances the vision of the Pastor and the ministries of Lake Elam by promoting, formulating and maintaining consistent flow within the Church and community. Promote Lake Elam's presence through the website, social media, TV, radio and print. This ministry serves as representative and Liaison for all media.
