Josef Xavier Glenn Wallace, Sr. graduated with a Masters Degree in Atmospheric Science from Northwestern University. He received the calling to preach the gospel after moving to the Brundidge, Alabama area in 1988. He later moved to Montgomery, Alabama, where he was licensed and ordained at the Canaan Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Reverend Wallace’s music ministry began during this same time.

Reverend Wallace came to Lake Elam Missionary Baptist Church in 2003 under the leadership of Pastor Richard Russell.

Minister Wallace is married to Tina Hawkins-Wallace and they have two children; Josef Jr. and Sarah Estell.

Associate Pastor Robert Lewis currently serves as Pastor of Shady Grove Baptist Church in Verbena, AL. He is married to Nicole and they are the proud parents of a son, Gavin and a daughter, Khori.

Associate Pastor Phillip Varnado is a graduate of the University of Montevallo.  He preached his initial sermon in April 2010.  He is married to the former Shatia Perry.
